This position provides staff professional development opportunities through engagement as a lifelong learner and support in all daily shift activities. The CNENS demonstrates expertise in their roles as educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, researcher, coordinator, and resource. CNENS will also be a part of the nursing leadership team and seen as a role model to promote the profession of nursing as a leader at the bedside.
Shift: Hours worked will mirror the Nursing Supervisor schedule/work hours. The CNE/NS will need to be the second Nurse leader scheduled for the shift.
